Since 2019 we have enjoyed working alongside one of the largest general insurers in the UK, offering insurance products to cover car, home, travel, life and health.
Over the course of this relationship the services we provide for our client ranged from marketing to monitoring sales (60+ FTE) across a host of channels including phone, email and social media. Alongside this we stage quarterly quality workshops and detailed weekly feedback at employee level to drive improvement.
Further to this we designed a new response team for inbound and outbound sales. With the client operating in financial services, we provide assistance in navigating this tightly regulated environment, ensuring all standards are strictly adhered to.
