We have delivered training and reviews of their business at their third party sales providers sites in the UK, Europe and South Africa. We have worked on a variety of campaigns including telesales, face to face sales, smart meter bookings, retentions, and marketing updates. Over the course of the relationship we have monitored 100,000+ calls from over 2,000 agents.
